The research sample reached (200) employees of Jeddah police administration. The researcher used the self-efficacy scale, translated by Nihad Mahmoud (2016); the Functional bullying scale prepared by Shoaib Aziz (2018), the professional harmony scale prepared by Abdullah Al-Samari (2006); the results showed an average level of self-efficacy, and a prevalence Average of Functional bullying, in addition to an above-average level of the professional harmony within the research sample.
